 Longer Full Sided Games each evening (90 minutes of game time)

  Technical Skill Session every morning for all campers including commuters.

High School Girls Team Camp

RESIDENTIAL CAMPERS HOUSING/MEALS

  • Sevier Hall Dorms will be used for 2010 HS Girls Camp 
  •  Centrally located close to dining hall and fields
  •  Air-conditioned, 2 person per bedroom
  •  Suite-Style Bathrooms (4 person suites)
  •  Secure, Interior access
  •  TV Lounge available to campers
  • Cable available in all rooms (TV not provided) 
  •  Dinner provided on 1st Day and Breakfast on Final Day
  • All other days 3 hot meals provided

COMMUTER CAMPERS

  • Commuter campers arrive at 7:00 a.m. each day
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinneris provided each full day of camp.  Dinner and Breakfast only on the First and Final Day. 
  • Dorm Rooms are provided during they "rest" periods of the day.
  • Commuters are permitted to leave campus during rest periods if written parental permission is provided to camp director.
  • Commuter campers will depart after evening games each night.

CHECK IN/CHECK-OUT

Check in on July 11th 12:00-1p.m. Check out on July 15 at 11:00 a.m. A $50 fee will be assessed for lost keys.  A $100 fee will be assessed for each dorm room that is not left clean and in the same condition as when arrived. All trash must be removed from the rooms at check-out before walkthroughs.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Shuttle service to and from the Nashville International Airport will be provided.  A fee of $50.00 round trip will be due at pick-up.  Flight arrivals and departures must be approved by the camp director prior to booking to ensure that we have a shuttle available at that time for pick up and drop off.  Contact Kelley Guth for arrangements.  (931) 302-4779

COACHING STAFF

All teams will be provided a professional/college coach as their lead instructor for the entire week.  Current and Former Collegiate players will serve assistants and demonstrators throughout the week.

SUPERVISION

Safety is our #1 priority.  Campers will be escorted by  Camp Counselors/Staff Coaches at all times.  Residential Campers will be provided 24 hour supervision in the DORMS.  Commuter campers will be permitted to stay in dorm rooms during break periods and will be SUPERVISED at all times.   

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Sure Shot Soccer Camps will make every effort to resume activity after severe/inclement weather passes.    In the event that time expires during the camp and severe weather has not passed,  Sure Shot Soccer Camp  is not responsible for time lost during the camp due to inclement weather.  No refunds will be issued.
